Erminio Antonio Suárez Gauna (born 27 June 1969) is a retired male track cyclist from Argentina. He claimed the gold medal in the Men's Points Race at the 1991 Pan American Games in Havana, Cuba, defeating Jairo Giraldo (Colombia) and Conrado Cabrera (Cuba). Track cycling is a Cycle sport, bicycle racing sport usually held on specially built banked tracks or velodromes using purpose-designed track bicycles. History Track cycling has been around since at least 1870. When track cycling was in its infancy, it was held on velodromes similar to the ones used today.
