The Epipyropidae comprise a small family (biology), family of moths. This family and the closely related Cyclotornidae are unique among the Lepidoptera in that the larvae are ectoparasites, the hosts typically being Planthopper, fulgoroid planthoppers, thus the common name planthopper parasite moths.
