Emilio Zebadúa
Emilio Zebadúa González (January 13, 1961 - ) is a Mexican politician who served as ''Consejero Electoral'' of the Federal Electoral Institute (IFE). Personal life and education Zebadúa studied law at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM)) and received a bachelor's degree in economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). He also holds a doctorate in political science from the Harvard University. Political career In 1996 he was designated ''Consejero Electoral'' of the Federal Electoral Institute (IFE) but left that position in 2000 after Governor Pablo Salazar Mendiguchía invited him to become a member of his cabinet in Chiapas. In 2003 Zebadúa was elected to serve in the Chamber of Deputies representing a district in the state of Chiapas.
