Emil Ágoston
Emil Ágoston (originally ''Adler'') (born Zlaté Moravce, , ; December 7, 1876 – June 15, 1921, in Berlin), was a notable Hungary, Hungarian architect. Life and career Ágoston graduated at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Budapest Technical University in 1899 and completed further studies in Italy. He also spent time living in Berlin and Paris. His most productive period, as a sought after designer of apartment buildings in Budapest, was between 1906 and 1911. His style was influenced by the Romanticism, Romantic style, particularly its north German variants. Zlaté Moravce
Zlaté Moravce (; 1776 Morawce, , ) is a town in south-western Slovakia. Basic data It is the capital and the biggest town of Zlaté Moravce District. It is approximately 120 km from the Slovak capital Bratislava and 32 km from Nitra. History The town is situated on the banks of the river Žitava, in the northern part of the Podunajská Heights. Nowadays, it also includes the area of formerly separate boroughs Chyzerovce and Prílepy. Thanks to its favourable location on the natural terrace of the river Žitava, the traces of the continuous settlement of this area go back to the Paleolithic Age. The rich archeological findings in the town area also prove intensive Great Moravian settlement in the 9th-10th century. Dohány utca (, ''Tobacco Street'') is a street in the Erzsébetváros (Elizabeth City), the 7th district of Budapest, Hungary. It runs between Karoly kórüt and Rottenbiller utca, roughly parallel to Rákóczi út and Wesselenyi utca, and is about 1.6 kilometers in length. It contains many of Budapest's significant buildings along its length, including the famed Dohány Street Synagogue at its western end.
