Emil Højlund
Emil Winther Højlund (born 4 January 2005) is a Danish professional footballer who plays as a forward for 2. Bundesliga club Schalke 04. Early life Højlund was born to former Danish footballer Anders Højlund, who played in the Danish Superliga with Boldklubben af 1893. He is the twin brother of Eintracht Frankfurt footballer Oscar Højlund, and the younger brother of Danish international and Manchester United footballer Rasmus Højlund. Club career Højlund began his career with local side Hørsholm-Usserød IK, a club affiliated with Superliga side Copenhagen, whom he joined alongside his brother Oscar at the age of thirteen. Hørsholm
Hørsholm () is an urban area on the Øresund coast approximately north of Copenhagen, Denmark. It covers most of Hørsholm Municipality and straddles the borders neighbouring Fredensborg Municipality and Rudersdal Municipality. Hørsholm proper is developed around Hirschholm Palace, which was constructed in the 1730s, but the town has later absorbed several of the nearby communities that are of much older origins. The 2024–25 Regionalliga was the 17th season of the Regionalliga, the 13th under the new format, as the fourth tier of the German football league system. Format According to the promotion rules decided upon in 2019, the Regionalliga Südwest and West receive a direct promotion spot. The UEFA Conference League (UECL), usually known simply as the Conference League, is an annual football competition organised since 2021 by the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) for eligible European football clubs.
