Elvira Rodríguez Leonardi de Rosales was an Argentine politician. She was elected to the Senate in 1951 as one of the first group of female parliamentarians in Argentina. Overview The National Senate was established by the Argentine Confederation on July 29, 1854, pursuant to Articles 46 to 54 of the 1853 Constitution.
