Elmar Darinel Díaz Solórzano (born 11 July 1969) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). The Institutional Revolutionary Party (, , PRI) is a List of political parties in Mexico, political party in Mexico that was founded in 1929 as the National Revolutionary Party (, PNR), then as the Party of the Mexican Revolution (, PRM) and finally as the PRI beginning in 1946. The 3rd federal electoral district of Chiapas () is one of the 300 electoral districts into which Mexico is divided for elections to the federal Chamber of Deputies and one of 13 such districts in the state of Chiapas.
