Elisabeth Margue (born 7 April 1990 in Luxembourg City) is a Luxembourgish politician and lawyer who is serving as the minister of justice since 17 November 2023. Education After finishing her high-school studies at Lycée de Garçons de Luxembourg, Elisabeth Margue studied private law at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and holds a second Master's degree in industrial property from the same university, which she got in 2014. In 2015, she got a Master of Laws from the London School of Economics, specializing in corporate and commercial law. Professional career After her studies, Margue joined the business law firm Arendt & Medernach, where she worked as a litigator and dealt mainly with liability cases, such as medical liability, leases and road accidents. Luc Frieden
Luc Frieden (; born 16 September 1963) is a Luxembourgish politician and lawyer serving as List of prime ministers of Luxembourg, prime minister of Luxembourg since November 2023. A member of the Christian Social People's Party (CSV), he held numerous cabinet positions in the Luxembourgish government between 1998 and 2013, notably serving as the minister for the Treasury and Budget during the transition from the Luxembourg franc, Franc to the Euro and as minister of Finance during the European debt crisis. Frieden was president of the Luxembourgish Chamber of Commerce and Eurochambres, the business federation of European Chambers of Commerce and Industry. Climate change mitigation (or decarbonisation) is action to limit the greenhouse gases in the atmosphere that cause climate change. Claude Wiseler (born 30 January 1960) is a Luxembourgish politician, serving as the current and 40th President of the Luxembourg Chamber of Deputies since 21 November 2023 and who served as President of the Christian Social People's Party (CSV) from 2021 to 2023. He has been a CSV member since 1983, and served in the government led by Jean-Claude Juncker until 2013. He attended the Athénée de Luxembourg, before studying literature in Paris. The Democratic Party (DP; , , ), is the major social-liberal political party in Luxembourg. Contern
Contern ( ) is a commune and town in southern Luxembourg. It is located east of Luxembourg City. As of 2024 the commune has a population of 4,513 whereas the town itself, which lies in the south-west of the commune, has a population of 1,876. The main towns are Contern, Moutfort and Oetrange and there are two small villages, Medingen and Milbech. Additionally the commune contains the lieux-dits of Bricherhaff, Brichermillen, Kréintgeshaff, Kackerterhaff (which means "cockerel farm" in Luxembourgish), Éitermillen, Marxeknupp and Pleitrange. The commune also contains the industrial zones of Chaux de Contern, and Rosswenkel, as well as the activity zone of Weiergewan.
