Eleri Mills (born 1955) is a Welsh painter. Life Mills was born in Llangadfan in Powys, and gained a B.A. in Art and Design from Manchester Polytechnic. Llangadfan is a small village in Powys, Wales, based in the community of Banwy. The village lies on the A458 between Foel and Llanerfyl, from Llanwddyn. Dyfnant Forest is located nearby. The village is said to be known for its country dances.
