El Vendedor De Muñecas
''El Vendedor de muñecas'' ("The Seller of Dolls") is a 1955 Mexican film directed by Chano Urueta. Plot Roberto (Pedro López Lagar) is dedicated to recruiting young beautiful women for using them in a financial scam. He asks them to pretend that they are married to him but then offers them to rich men, who are willing to pay large amounts of money for these women. Roberto's business runs smoothly until he meets Diana (Silvia Pinal), a young singer who falls in love with him. Miguel Córcega
Miguel Córcega (, October 29, 1929 in Mexico City – September 29, 2008 in Mexico City) was a Mexican telenovela actor and director. Córcega started his career in acting and directing during the 1940s. Biography Film In the 1960s, Córcega participated in the Viruta y Capulina films '' El dolor de pagar la renta'' and '' Dos pintores pintorescos''. In the latter film, he co-starred as the villain, Lorenzo, a fortune hunter who murders a woman and tries to murder Capulina, whom he thinks is a witness of the crime. Pedro López Lagar
Pedro López Lagar (18 June 1899, in Madrid – 21 August 1977, in Buenos Aires) was a Spanish-born Argentine film actor, notable for his work during the Golden Age of Argentine cinema in the 1940s and 1950s. Although born in Madrid he moved to Argentina as a young man and began acting in films in 1938. He starred with Enrique Borrás and Margarita Xirgu in Alejandro Casona's '' La sirena varada'', released in 1934. María del Pilar Pellicer López de Llergo (12 February 1938 – 16 May 2020) was a Mexican actress. At the 17th Ariel Awards, she won the Ariel Award for Best Actress for her performance in the film '' La Choca'' (1974). Biography Pilar was daughter of lawyer César Pellicer Sánchez and wife María del Pilar López de Llergo, both from Tabasco. At age 18, Pilar studied at the Academy of Contemporary Dance, and was trained by Seki Sano. Pilar later abandoned dance to study philosophy at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
