Edward Bolaños
Edward Orlando Bolaños Angulo (born 14 August 1998) is a Colombian professional footballer who plays for Cortuluá as a forward for Maltese side Naxxar Lions. Club career Born in Tumaco, Bolaños represented CD Estudiantil de Medellín and Rionegro Águilas as a youth. He moved to Spain in January 2017, after joining Rayo Vallecano's youth setup on loan. Bolaños made his senior debut for Rayo's reserve team during the 2017–18 season, in Tercera División. On 20 August 2018, he joined Segunda División B side SD Ponferradina, on loan from Cortuluá; initially assigned to the B-team, he contributed with one goal in 14 appearances (play-offs included) as his side achieved promotion to Segunda División. Tumaco
Tumaco is a port city and municipality in the Nariño Department, Colombia, by the Pacific Ocean. It is located on the southwestern corner of Colombia, near the border with Ecuador, and experiences a hot tropical climate. Tumaco is inhabited mainly by Afro-Colombians and some indigenous people. Tumaco is accessible by plane from Pasto, the capital city of Nariño Department, as well from Cali and Bogotá. It can also be reached by land via highway from Pasto and San Lorenzo (Ecuador). Tumaco is known for being the hometown of many great Colombian soccer players, including Willington Ortiz. Colombian film director Samuel Córdoba released a documentary about the city in 2009. The film, entitled "Tumaco Pacífico", chronicles the stilt-house area of the city, predominantly populated by Afro-Colombians. Cortuluá, officially named Cortuluá Fútbol Club S. A. and previously known as Corporación Club Deportivo Tuluá for short, was a Colombian football club from Tuluá, Valle del Cauca Department. It was founded in 1967 and last played in Categoría Primera B, the second-tier competition of Colombian football. In the 2001 Categoría Primera A season the team had its most successful campaign after winning the Apertura tournament, which granted them a spot in the 2002 Copa Libertadores. Yuri de Souza Fonseca (born 8 August 1982), known simply as Yuri, is a Brazilian former footballer who played as a forward. He also held Portuguese citizenship, and spent the majority of his professional career in Portugal and Spain, mainly with Ponferradina. Over ten seasons in the latter country, he achieved Segunda División figures of 323 games and 116 goals. Club career Born in Maceió, Alagoas, Yuri arrived in Portugal still in his teens, joining F.C. In association football, a substitute is a player who is brought on to the pitch during a match in exchange for an existing player. Substitutions are generally made to replace a player who has become tired or injured, or who is performing poorly, or for tactical reasons (such as bringing a striker on in place of a defender). A player who has been substituted during a match takes no further part in the game, in games played under the standard International Football Association Board Laws of the Game. Substitutions were officially added to the Laws of the Game in 1958. Prior to this most games were played with no changes permitted at all, with occasional exceptions in cases of extreme injury or players not arriving to matches on time.
