Eduardo Delgado Rodríguez
Eduardo Delgado Rodríguez was a Cuban brigadier general and chief of the Intelligence Directorate in Cuba. Its office had the code name MX. Career Intelligence Directorate activities Involved in a number of foreign intelligence activities, Rodríguez was the alleged overseer of a 1996 incident where four Brothers to the Rescue pilots were killed after being shot down by Cuban Mikoyan planes. Brothers to the Rescue () is a Miami-based activist nonprofit organization headed by José Basulto, who claimed to be a CIA operative. Arnaldo Tomás Ochoa Sánchez (1930 – July 13, 1989) was a Cuban general who was executed by the government of Fidel Castro after being found guilty of a variety of crimes including drug smuggling and treason.
