In chemistry, a halide (rarely halogenide) is a binary chemical compound, of which one part is a halogen atom and the other part is an element or radical that is less electronegative (or more electropositive) than the halogen, to make a fluoride, chloride, bromide, iodide, astatide, or theoretically tennesside compound. Edip Akbayram
Ahmet Edip Akbayram (29 December 1950 – 2 March 2025) was a Turkish musician. Life and career Akbayram was born in Gaziantep on 29 December 1950. He was diagnosed with polio when he was nine months old. Edip Akbayram, who spent his childhood in the grip of this disease, also began his passion for music in his childhood. Akbayram said of those years, "I would go to the concerts of famous pop singers with the money I saved from my weekly allowance, and when I got home, I would imitate them in front of the mirror." During his childhood, he founded an orchestra and worked as an amateur singer at a wedding hall near his home. In the orchestra they founded in high school, they played and sang compositions they made on the folk songs of Pir Sultan and Karacaoğlan. Edip Cansever (pronounced ; 1928 – 1986) was a Second New Movement Turkish poet. Talât Sait Halman referred to Cansever as in the light of surrealist Asaf Halet Celebi and Orhan Sarıkaya characterized him as a nonconformist. Edip Yüksel (born December 20, 1957) is an American-Kurdish activist and prominent figure in the Quranism movement. Born in Güroymak, Yuksel is the author of more than twenty books on religion, politics, philosophy and law in Turkish. After settling in the United States, where he began his career as a lawyer, he became a colleague and friend of Rashad Khalifa. However, his interpretation of the Qur'an has differed with Khalifa on a number of issues, and his work has represented a new trend within the Quranist movement.
