Eczacıbaşı Volleyball
Eczacıbaşı Dynavit is the professional women's volleyball department of Eczacıbaşı S.K., a Turkish sports club based in Istanbul, Turkey. The team plays its home matches at the Eczacıbaşı Spor Salonu hall in Istanbul. Eczacıbaşı has won a record 16 Turkish League titles and a record nine Turkish Cups, amongst others. In the 2014–15 season they won the CEV Champions League and that gave them the ticket to capture the 2015 FIVB World Club Championship in Zürich, a year later the club became the first club in the world to win the FIVB World Club Championship back-to-back by defending their crown in the Philippines during the 2016 FIVB World Club Championship in Manila. Eczacıbaşı VitrA is the most successful Turkish volleyball club with 28 national championship titles overall since the introduction of a national league in 1956. Yevgeniya Estes
Yevgeniya Viktorovna Estes (, born 17 July 1975), née Artamonova (Артамонова), is a Russian former volleyball player who was a member of the national team and one of only two volleyball players (along with Sergey Tetyukhin) that competed consecutively in six Olympic Games. She won silver medals at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, and the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. Estes was briefly unable to play in 1994 due to an injury requiring knee surgery. She quickly recovered and became a dominant force on the Russian national team, leading Russia to the gold medal at the 1994 Goodwill Games, Goodwill Games in Saint Petersburg, Russia, Saint Petersburg. Antonina Zetova
Antonina Zetova ( Bulgarian: Антонина Зетова; born on 7 September 1973 in Pleven) is a former international volleyball player from Bulgaria. She is the head coach of the Bulgaria women's national volleyball team and also coached the U18 and U23 women's national teams. Career As a left handed outside hitter, the 1.89m (6ft 2.5in) tall Zetova lead the Bulgarian team to several successes, including a bronze medal at the European Championship in 2001, where she was awarded best scorer. In the Italian league, where she played since 1998, Zetova won all possible national titles at least one time and European titles namely Top Teams Cup in 2005 with Chieri and the most important European Champions League title with Despar Perugia in 2006. Lyubov Vladimirovna Sokolova ( (Шашко́ва), also known as Lyubov Kılıç and formerly known as Lyubov Shashkova, born 4 December 1977) is a Russian retired volleyball player, Honored Master of Sports of Russia. Turkey Women's National Volleyball Team
The Turkey women's national volleyball team () is formed by the Turkish Volleyball Federation (TVF) and represents Turkey in international CEV and FIVB organizations. The team is the most successful national sports team in the country and has been nicknamed "Filenin Sultanları" () since the 2003 Women's European Volleyball Championship hosted in Ankara, Turkey. CEV Champions League
The CEV Champions League is the top official competition for men's volleyball clubs from the whole of Europe. The competition is organised every year by the European Volleyball Confederation. Formula (2018–19 to present) Qualification A total of 20 teams participate in the main competition, with 18 teams being allocated direct vacancies on the basis of ranking list for European Cup Competitions, and 2 teams from the qualification rounds. League round 20 teams take part in the League round where they are split into 5 groups.
