"No Government" is a song by Scottish singer-songwriter Nicolette (a.k.a. Nicolette Suwoton), released in December 1995 by Talkin' Loud as the first single from the singer's second album, '' Let No-One Live Rent Free in Your Head'' (1995). The song was written by Nicolette and produced by English electronic music duo Plaid, and features a sample from "Shore Leaves" by Tom Waits. It received critical acclaim from music critics and was also featured on the soundtrack to the 1996 film '' Mission: Impossible'', starring Tom Cruise. Roman Böer (; born 9 June 1974), better known as DJ Tocadisco, formerly Tocadisco (, Spanish for "turntable"), is a German DJ and record producer. Biography Born in Berlin, the son of the photographer and media designer Gerry Böer. He grew up in Mönchengladbach, where he also regularly hangs at the club "Die Nacht" ("the night"). In 1996, Tocadisco began his professional career as a DJ at Club Unique in Düsseldorf. The club was elected as the "best club in town" during his stint by the magazine Prinz. In 2000 Tocadisco moved to Cologne and taught there at a studio. He produced several remixes for different record companies. The best-known case was "Lifetimes" by Slam. 4hero (sometimes referred to as 4 Hero or 4-Hero) are an electronic music group from Dollis Hill, London, comprising producers Mark "Marc Mac" Clair & Denis "Dego" McFarlane. 4hero are known for being pioneers of breakbeat hardcore, jungle/drum and bass, broken beat and nu jazz music. Plaid () are an English electronic music duo composed of Andy Turner and Ed Handley. Colin Larkin (born 1949) is a British music writer. He founded and was the editor-in-chief of '' The Encyclopedia of Popular Music''. Along with the ten-volume encyclopedia, Larkin also wrote the book '' All Time Top 1000 Albums'', and edited the ''Guinness Who's Who of Jazz'', the ''Guinness Who's Who of Blues'', and the ''Virgin Encyclopedia of Heavy Rock''.
