EXID Members
EXID (; ; initialism for "Exceed in Dreaming") is a South Korean girl group formed in 2012. The group consists of five members: Heo Sol-ji, Solji, Elly (rapper), Elly, Hani (singer), Hani, Seo Hye-lin, Hyelin, and Park Jeong-hwa, Jeonghwa. EXID debuted in February 2012, with the single "Whoz That Girl". Though the album gained some attention, it was not until 2014 that the group unexpectedly gained popularity with the single "Up & Down (EXID song), Up & Down", which reached number one on the Gaon Singles Chart four months after release due to a fan-recording of a live performance becoming a viral video. ''M Countdown'' () is a South Korean music program broadcast by Mnet from the CJ E&M Center Studio in Sangam-dong, Mapo District, Seoul. It features appearances by popular music artists who also perform live on stage. First hosted by Leeteuk, Shindong, and Kangin of Super Junior, the show has had various celebrity emcees through the years. As of March 2025, ''M Countdown'' is hosted by Sung Han-bin of Zerobaseone and Myung Jae-hyun of BoyNextDoor. Broadcast ''M Countdown'' airs live on domestic television at 6PM KST every Thursday. Huh Gak (; born November 15, 1984) is a South Korean singer. He rose to fame after winning the 2010 Mnet talent competition series '' Superstar K 2'', during which he became known as "the Korean Paul Potts".
