Dmytro Topchiev
Dmytro Mykolayovych Topchiyev ( uk, Дмитро Миколайович Топчієв; born 25 September 1966) is a retired Ukrainian professional footballer. He made his professional debut playing at the Ural region in 1984 for FC Uralets Nizhny Tagil and later in 1987 when he debuted in the 1987 Soviet First League for FC Geolog Tyumen. In 1988 Topchiyev returned to Ukraine, at first in Zaporizhia before joining his hometown club FC Kolos Nikopol. At the top level Topchiyev debuted already debuted following dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1992 playing in western Ukraine for FC Volyn Lutsk and FC Karpaty Lviv before finally joining FC Dynamo Kyiv in 1993. Nikopol, Ukraine
Nikopol ( uk, Ні́кополь ; from grc, Νικόπολις, lit=City of Victory) is a city and municipality ( hromada) in Nikopol District in the south of Ukraine, on the right bank of the Dnipro River, about 63 km south-east of Kryvyi Rih and 48 km south-west of Zaporizhzhia. Population: In terms of population, Nikopol is the fourth biggest city in the Dniopropetrovsk Oblast as well as among the top 50 nationwide. FC Ural Yekaterinburg (russian: ФК Урал) is a Russian association football club based in Yekaterinburg. They play in the Russian Premier League. History The club was founded in 1930 and was known as Avangard (1930–1948, 1953–1957), Zenit (1944–1946), Mashinostroitel (1958–1959), and Uralmash (1949–1952, 1960–2002). The Ukrainian Cup ( uk, Кубок України) is an association football national knockout cup competition run by the Ukrainian Association of Football. The competition is conducted almost exclusively among professional clubs. Since the 2003–04 season, the Cup winner qualifies to play the Ukrainian Premier League winner for the Ukrainian Super Cup. Current format The format of this competition consists of two stages: a qualification stage with two rounds followed by the main event (four rounds and the final game). The competition involves all professional clubs plus the two finalists of the Ukrainian Amateur Cup (since 2011). Past variations of the competition involved a home-away type of elimination, but the Ukrainian Cup has since changed to a single game per round format. Ural (russian: Урал) is a geographical region located around the Ural Mountains, between the East European and West Siberian plains. It is considered a part of Eurasian Steppe, extending approximately from the North to the South; from the Arctic Ocean to the end of the Ural River near Orsk city. FC Baltika is an association football club based in Kaliningrad, Russia. Currently the club plays in the Russian First League, the second tier of the Russian football pyramid. History The club was founded on 22 December 1954 as ''Pishchevik Kaliningrad''. In 1958 the club was renamed ''Baltika''.
