Diamond Garcia
Diamond Garcia (; born November 3, 1997) is an American politician. He currently serves in the Hawaii House of Representatives, representing District 42 which encompasses, Ewa and Kapolei since 2022. Since January 31, 2023, Garcia is also the chairman of the Hawaii Republican Party. Garcia is among the youngest state legislators in the United States. Early life and education Garcia was born November 3, 1997, in Honolulu. He was raised on the West-side of O'ahu. Garcia is an active member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. He attended Hawaiian Mission Academy from 2011 to 2015. Career Garcia has worked in various roles before becoming a state legislator. In 2014, he was the National Account Director for Remnant Publications, a Christian book publisher, in Coldwater, Michigan. The Seventh-day Adventist Church is an Adventist Protestant Christian denomination which is distinguished by its observance of Saturday, the seventh day of the week in the Christian (Gregorian) and the Hebrew calendar, as the Sabbath, and its emphasis on the imminent Second Coming (advent) of Jesus Christ. Coldwater, Michigan
Coldwater is a city in Branch County, Michigan, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 10,945. It is the county seat of Branch County, located in the center of the southern border of Michigan. The city is surrounded by Coldwater Township, but is administratively autonomous. History American settlers did not move into the area until around 1830, with many arriving from New York and New England. Coldwater was incorporated as a village in 1837, and then incorporated by the legislature as a city in 1861. It was designated in 1842 as the county seat of Branch County. The Hawaiian Mission Academy (HMA) is a private coeducational day and boarding school in Honolulu, Hawaii. HMA is the only Academy that provides international dormitory housing on the island. It is a part of the Seventh-day Adventist education system, the world's second largest Christian school system. History Educational work of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the Hawaiian Islands started in 1895 with a boarding school for boys, under the leadership of H. H. Brand. This school was named the Anglo-Chinese Academy in 1897 when Professor and Mrs. W. E. Howell came to Honolulu to head it. Lynn G. Berbano Finnegan (born October 3, 1970), was a Republican Party (United States), Republican member of the Hawaii House of Representatives, representing the state's 32nd district from 2003 to 2011. The district includes the Lower Pearlridge, Aiea, Hawaii, Aiea, Halawa, Hawaii, Halawa, Hickam Air Force Base, Hickam, Pearl Harbor and Moanalua Gardens on the island of Oahu. Kapolei () is a planned community in Honolulu County, Hawaiʻi, United States, on the island of Oʻahu. It is colloquially known as the "second city" of Oʻahu, in relation to Honolulu. For statistical purposes, the United States Census Bureau has defined Kapolei as a census-designated place (CDP) within the consolidated city-county of Honolulu. The community takes its name from a volcanic cone, ''Puʻu o Kapolei''. In the Hawaiian language, ''puʻu'' means "hill" and ''Kapo lei'' means "beloved Kapo".
