The quince (; ''Cydonia oblonga'') is the sole member of the genus ''Cydonia'' in the Malinae subtribe (which contains apples, pears, and other fruits) of the Rosaceae family. It is a deciduous tree that bears hard, aromatic bright golden-yellow pome fruit, similar in appearance to a pear. Ripe quince fruits are hard, tart, and astringent. They are eaten raw or processed into jam, quince cheese, or alcoholic drinks. Dunja Ilić ( sr-Cyrl, Дуња Илић; born 10 September 1991) is a Serbian singer, songwriter and author. She released three studio albums; '' Misterija'' (2010), ''Živim na ivici'' (2011) and ''Gladna tvoje ljubavi'' (2013). She wrote six novels, of which she published only three ''Sat'' (2010), ''Božanstvena'' (2018) and ''Za gubtitak'' (2019). Dunja Knebl (born 1946, Zagreb) is an acoustic folk and ethno music singer/performer and translator from Croatia. Knebl was born in Zagreb, SFR Yugoslavia and lived in Skopje, Belgrade, Karlovac, but has also lived in Washington, Moscow and Jakarta.
