GERB ( bg, ГЕРБ, translation=coat of arms, acronym for Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria) is a conservative, populist political party which was the ruling party of Bulgaria between 2009 and 2021. The 2011 population census in Bulgaria was conducted between February 1 and 28 by the National Statistical Institute (NSI). It is the 17th population census in the demographic history of Bulgaria.
