Dorin Chirtoacă (born 9 August 1978) is a Moldovan politician who served as Mayor of Chișinău from 2007 to 2018. He has been leader of Liberal Party (Moldova), Liberal Party (PL) since 2018. Biography His mother is Valentina, sister of Gheorghe Ghimpu and Mihai Ghimpu. During high school, he studied in Iași and graduated in 2001 from University of Bucharest Faculty of Law. Between 2001 and 2003, Chirtoacă worked for ''Surprize, Surprize'' ("Surprises, Surprises"), a show broadcast on TVR1. Dorin Drăguțanu (born 19 March 1974) is an economist from Moldova. He was born in Chișinău and has served as the head of the National Bank of Moldova since November 2009 until April 2016, when was replaced by Sergiu Cioclea. Dorin Nicolae Goian (born 12 December 1980) is a Romanian professional Association football, football manager (association football), manager and former football player, currently technical director at Liga IV club CSM Cetatea Suceava, Cetatea Suceava. Dorin Recean (born 17 March 1974) is a Moldovan politician, economist, and academic serving as Prime Minister of Moldova since February 2023. Since 2022 he has also served as Presidential Advisor on Defense and National Security, and Secretary of Moldova's Supreme Security Council. Dorin Rotariu (; born 29 July 1995) is a Romanian professional footballer who plays as a forward for TFF First League club Ankaragücü. Rotariu moved from his boyhood club Politehnica Timișoara to Dinamo București in 2012, aged 17. He amassed over 120 Liga I appearances for "the White and Reds" over the course of several seasons, and in 2017 earned a transfer abroad to Club Brugge in Belgium. Two years later, after being loaned out to Mouscron and AZ Alkmaar, Rotariu joined Kazakh team Astana with which he won three domestic honours. A resident of the United States since 1985, he has authored more than fifteen books of poetry, essays, and interviews. Françoise Andrée Renée Dorin (; 23 January 1928 – 12 January 2018) was a French actor, comedian, novelist, playwright and songwriter. She was most successful in the 1970s, authored about 30 plays and more than 25 books as well as writing songs for various artists. Dorin wrote the song '' N'avoue jamais'' which was performed by Guy Mardel on behalf of France at the Eurovision Song Contest 1965.
