Don Cisco
Francisco Soto, better known by his stage name Don Cisco (originally Cisco the Frisco Mac), is an American rapper and producer. Biography Don Cisco has been a part of the San Francisco rap scene since the early 1990s. He released his first single, "Audi 5000", on 12" vinyl and cassettes in 1992. His first full-length studio album, ''Til the Wheels Fall Off'', was released in 1998. Both projects were released under his early moniker, Cisco the Frisco Mack. In 2000 he released his second studio album, '' Oh Boy''. The album featured guest performances by Mac Dre, Kurupt, Soopafly, Roscoe, Roger Troutman, B-Legit and PSD. Around the early 2000s, Don Cisco was one fourth of the Latin rap supergroup, Latino Velvet. Priest Joseph Brooks, (known professionally as Soopafly born December 8, 1972) is a hip hop producer and rapper from Long Beach, California. He is a member of the DPGC. Early life The oldest of three children, Brooks grew up in Long Beach. He was given a keyboard by his father after being inspired by the piano players he saw in church. Early career During his teenage years, Brooks met rappers Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre. The Mary Jane Girls
The Mary Jane Girls were an American girl group formed in 1983, best known for their songs " In My House", " All Night Long", "Candy Man", and their cover version of " Walk Like a Man". They were protégées of musician Rick James and disbanded in 1987. Joanne "Jojo" McDuffie was the lead singer, the others filling out the group's style and appearance. On the studio recordings, McDuffie was backed by session vocalists rather than the other Mary Jane Girls. The group released two albums in the 1980s, and recorded a third – which was shelved for decades but finally released in 2014, as part of a larger retrospective of Rick James' work. Anthony H. Forté (born March 2, 1968), better known by his stage name Rappin' 4-Tay, is an American rapper from San Francisco, California. Steve Davison, better known as PSD, PSD Tha Drivah or Stevie Dee, is a rapper and producer from Vallejo, California, US, who is closely associated with the late Mac Dre.
