The Dolnośląski Związek Piłki Nożnej, Lower Silesian Football Association (DZPN) is one of sixteen provincial football associations, part of the Polish Football Association. The association is headquartered in Wrocław and manages football competitions in the Lower Silesian province at all levels. The Polish Football Association ( PZPN) is the governing body of association football in Poland. It organizes the Polish football leagues (without the ), the national cups, and manages the men's and women's national teams. It also runs the national futsal and beach soccer competitions. The 2007 UEFA Regions' Cup was the fifth UEFA Regions' Cup. The 2019 UEFA Regions' Cup was the 11th edition of the UEFA Regions' Cup, a football competition for amateur teams in Europe organized by UEFA. In the final, Lower Silesia from Poland defeated hosts Bavaria to become the second two-time Regions' Cup winners (joining Veneto from Italy), after winning their first title in 2007.
