Doktoři Z Počátků
''Doktoři z Počátků'' is a medical TV series from a picturesque Czech village broadcast on TV Nova from June 25, 2013, to January 11, 2016. It is a spin-off of the series Ordinace v růžové zahradě 2. The main character in the series is doctor Ota Kovář (Martin Stránský) from the Ordinace v růžové zahradě 2. The main characters are village doctors with different personalities and generational differences, but with one common enemy. Production The series is a spin-off of the successful TV series Nova Ordinace v růžové zahradě 2. It is filmed in hospitality studios and in the central Bohemian village of Pyšely. The ratio of scenes in the exterior and interior is roughly balanced, compared to Ordinace, there is more shooting outside. So far, the series is preparing five series, over 32 episodes, and depending on the viewership, it will be seen whether the series will continue into the future. TV Nova is a commercial television station in the Czech Republic. It began broadcasting in February 1994 as the first privately held nationwide Czech TV station. Its first CEO was Vladimír Železný. Ordinace v růžové zahradě 2 (until 2008 Ordinace v růžové zahradě, meaning: ''Doctor's office in the rose garden 2'') is a Czech medical drama and soap opera broadcast from 2005 to 2021 on TV Nova channel, from 2021 to 2025 on Voyo.cz and from 2025 on Oneplay.cz. The soap opera plot is about a hospital in fictive town of Kamenice located in Hradec Králové District, its employees (like doctors and nurses, or even the patients) and their life stories, families and relationships. Until March 2020, the soap opera was broadcast every Tuesday and Thursday in the prime time. In September 2020, after a long pause due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the broadcast time has changed; every Thursday two episodes have been broadcast, and in 2021, only one episode was broadcast each Thursday. Naďa Konvalinková (''Naděžda Konvalinková''; born 18 April 1951 in Prague, Czechoslovakia) is a Czech actress. After graduating from the Faculty of Theatre (Prague), Faculty of Theatre of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, she worked in the J. K. Czech Radio (, ČRo) is the public radio broadcaster of the Czech Republic operating continuously since 1923.
