It is an adaptation of an Urdu novel ''Mein Ne Khawabon Ka Shajar Dekha Hai'', written by Umera Ahmad. The serial is produced by Humayun Saeed and Abdullah Kadwani's production house 7th Sky Entertainment and directed by Mehreen Jabbar.
