The Dhaka First Division Football League (1993–2006) was the second tier football league in Bangladesh which was administered by the Bangladesh Football Federation. In 2007, with the introduction of Bangladesh's first professional national football league, the Bangladesh Premier League/B.League, the First Division League was merged to the Dhaka Premier Division Football League, which was re-introduced as the new second-tier, the Dhaka Senior Division Football League (currently the 3rd-tier). The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) is the governing body of association football, beach soccer, and futsal in most countries and territories in Asia. The AFC was formed in 1954. The Agrani river originates near Balwadi (बलवडी) on Khanapur plateau (Khanapur tehsil of Sangli district), near a small tree temple of great Agastya rishi (अगस्त्य ऋषी).
