Atıf Yılmaz Batıbeki (9 December 1925 – 5 May 2006) was a renowned Turkish film director, screenwriter, and film producer. He was very much a legend in the film industry of Turkey with 119 movies directed. He also wrote screenplays for 53 movies and produced 28 movies from 1951 right up till his death in 2006. He was active in almost every period of the Turkish film industry. Early life Atıf Yılmaz was born on 9 December 1925 in Mersin, Turkey to a Kurdish family originally from Palu. After finishing high school in Mersin, he attended the Law School of Istanbul University. Because of his interest in arts, he dropped out of Law School and entered the Painting Department of the Academy of Fine Arts in Istanbul. Mahmut Mazhar Alanson (born February 13, 1950) is a Turkish musician, guitarist, member of the popular Turkish pop music band MFÖ, and an actor. Early life He was born on February 13, 1950, to a family of musicians in Ankara, Turkey, where his father was the head trumpeter in the State Philharmonic Orchestra. He attended Kadıköy Anadolu Lisesi, commonly known as Kadıköy Maarif College for his high school education in Istanbul following his father's death. Yaprak Özdemiroğlu (born 14 August 1963) is a Turkish actress, and ballet dancer. Career Daughter of Attila Özdemiroğlu, a film score composer and arranger, Özdemiroğlu was born in Ankara, the Turkish capital. She studied ballet technique at Turkish State Conservatory. Özkan Uğur
Raif Özkan Uğur (17 October 1953 – 8 July 2023) was a Turkish pop and rock musician, member of the renowned band MFÖ and actor. After starting his career in 1970, he became a founding member of Kurtalan Ekspres in 1972, which included Barış Manço. After switching several bands for the next few years, Uğur formed MFÖ together with Mazhar Alanson and Fuat Güner in 1980. Uğur started acting in 1983 in theatrical plays of Ferhan Şensoy, later acting in movies and TV series as well, most notably in ''Cennet Mahallesi'', '' Poyraz Karayel'' and films of Cem Yılmaz.
