Dennis Smith Jr.
Dennis Cliff Smith Jr. (born November 25, 1997) is an American professional basketball player who last played for Real Madrid of the Spanish Liga ACB and the EuroLeague. He attended North Carolina State University for one season of college basketball and earned second-team all-conference honors in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) as a freshman as well as ACC Freshman of the Year. Smith was selected ninth overall in the 2017 NBA draft by the Dallas Mavericks. Smith spent two seasons in Dallas before being traded to the New York Knicks in January 2019. He was traded to the Detroit Pistons in February 2021 and later joined the Portland Trail Blazers as a free agent in September of the same year. EuroLeague
The EuroLeague is a European men's professional basketball club competition. The league is widely recognised as the top-tier and the most prestigious men's basketball league in Europe. The league consists of 20 teams, of which 16 are given long-term licences and wild cards, making the league a semi-closed league. The league was first organized by FIBA in 1958, subsequently by ULEB in 2000 and then solely by Euroleague Basketball. In basketball, an assist is attributed to a player who passes the ball to a teammate in a way that leads directly to a score by field goal (basketball), field goal, meaning that they were "assisting" in the basket. Points per game, often abbreviated PPG, is the average number of points scored by a player or team per game played in a sport, over the course of a series of games, a whole season, or a career. Justin Aaron Jackson (born March 28, 1995) is an American professional basketball player who last played for the Texas Legends of the NBA G League. Jackson took part in the 2014 McDonald's All-American Boys Game and was named its co-MVP, along with Jahlil Okafor. He played college basketball for the North Carolina Tar Heels from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, Jackson was named a consensus first-team All-American and won an NCAA championship as a member of the Tar Heels.
