Elizabeth Medrano (born April 16, 1996), known under the ring name Delmi Exo, is an American professional wrestler and promoter. She is currently signed to Major League Wrestling where she is a former MLW Women's Featherweight Champion. She also performs in Westside Xtreme Wrestling, where she is a former wXw Women's Champion. She also performs with her older sister Ashley Vox, as the Sea Stars. They were the longest Shimmer Tag Team Champions in history. Final Resolution (2020) was a professional wrestling event produced by Impact Wrestling and the 11th edition in the Final Resolution chronology.
