Decatur Township is one of the fourteen townships of Lawrence County, Ohio, United States. The population was 625 at the 2020 census. Geography Located in the northwestern part of the county, it borders the following townships: * Washington Township - north * Symmes Township - east * Aid Township - southeast * Elizabeth Township - south * Vernon Township, Scioto County - west * Bloom Township, Scioto County - northwest No municipalities are located in Decatur Township. The Rock Hill Local School District is a local school district in Ohio. The central location for its offices and school campuses is just outside Ironton, Ohio.
