''De Camino Pa' La Cima'' is the fourth studio album by Puerto Rican reggaeton singer-songwriter J Álvarez. It was released by On Top of the World Music, and exclusively distributed by Sony Music Entertainment on January 27, 2015. A "reloaded" edition entitled ''De Camino Pa' La Cima (Reloaded 2.0)'' was released on January 27, 2016. The album debuted at the #1 position on the ''Billboard'' Latin Rhythm Albums and held that spot for about a month. Javid David Álvarez Fernández (born December 13, 1983), also known by his stage name J Álvarez is a Puerto Rican singer. He is best known for hit singles such as "La Pregunta", "Junto al Amanecer", "Sexo, Sudor y Calor" and "Regálame Una Noche". Early life Álvarez was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. His mother and father are both from the Dominican Republic. When Alvarez was 12 years old he sang in front of several of his classmates and teachers, his first-ever song "Lo Que Ella Trae" (What She Brings). As a child, he listened to many reggaeton and hip hop artists, and his music was inspired by Tego Calderon and Busta Rhymes. In 2004, he was arrested for selling drugs in Puerto Rico. Zion & Lennox was a Puerto Rican music duo from Carolina, Puerto Rico. In 2004, Zion & Lennox released their first studio album titled ''Motivando a la Yal'' under White Lion Records. R.K.M & Ken-Y was a Puerto Rican reggaeton duo formed in 2003 by José Nieves (R.K.M) and Kenny Vázquez (Ken-Y). Zion (; ) is a placename in the Tanakh, often used as a synonym for Jerusalem as well as for the Land of Israel as a whole.
