Dawid Dzięgielewski
Dawid Dzięgielewski (born 24 April 1993) is a Polish professional Association football, footballer who plays as a midfielder for I liga club Pogoń Grodzisk Mazowiecki. Career Dzięgielewski began his career at Unia Skierniewice. In March 2008, he moved to Legia Warszawa, playing for the club's youth team. In October 2009, he received call up to the Poland national under-17 football team, Poland Under 17 squad. In August 2011, he joined III liga side MKS Kutno, where he played until the end of the 2012–13 season. In July 2013, Dzięgielewski signed a one-and-a-half-year contract with I liga club GKS Tychy. He made his professional debut on 28 July 2013 in a 2–0 home win against Górnik Łęczna, coming on as a substitute in the 74th minute. Skierniewice
Skierniewice () is a city in central Poland with 45,184 inhabitants (2023), situated in the Łódź Voivodeship. It is the capital of Skierniewice County. Through the town runs the small river Łupia, also called Skierniewka. Located in the historic region of Masovia, Skierniewice dates back to the medieval period. III liga (Trzecia liga), currently named Betclic III liga due to its sponsorship by Betclic, is a Polish football league that sits in the fourth tier of the Polish football league system. 2023–24 III Liga
The 2023–24 III liga season was the 16th edition of the fourth tier domestic division in the Polish football league system since its establishment in 2008 under its current title (III liga) and the 7th season under its current league division format. The league was operated by the Polish Football Association (PZPN). The competition is contested by 72 clubs split geographically across 4 groups of 18 teams, with the winners of each group gaining promotion to the II liga. The season is played in a round-robin tournament. It will begin on 5 August 2023 and will conclude on 9 June 2024. The Polish Cup in Association football, football ( ) is an annual Single-elimination tournament, knockout football competition for Polish football club (association football), football clubs, held continuously since 1950, and is the second most important national title in Polish football after the Ekstraklasa title. Due to mass participation of teams, the tournament is often called ''The Cup of the Thousand Teams'' ( ). The 2019–20 II liga was the 72nd season of the third tier domestic division in the Polish football league system since its establishment in 1948 and the 12th season of the Polish II liga under its current title. The league was operated by the PZPN. The league was contested by 18 teams. The regular season was played in a round-robin tournament. The season started on 27 July 2019 and concluded on 25 July 2020 (regular season). On 13 March 2020, the PZPN suspended the league due to the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic. After consultation with the Polish government, the league resumed behind closed doors without any spectators on 3 June 2020.
