David Krämer
David Krämer (born January 14, 1997) is a Slovakian-German professional basketball player for Real Madrid of the Spanish Liga ACB and the EuroLeague. He also plays for the Germany national team. Early life Krämer was born in Myjava, Slovakia, the country his mother was born in and where his father Roman was playing professional basketball. Krämer and his family soon moved to Austria when his father was signed by an Austrian team; Krämer started playing basketball at the age of four, and later joined the youth ranks of Austrian team Oberwart Gunners, where he played alongside his brother Filip (who is also a professional basketball player). The 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup was the 19th tournament of the FIBA Basketball World Cup for men's national basketball teams, held from 25 August to 10 September 2023. The ProA is the German basketball league system, second-tier Sports league, league of professional club basketball in Germany. The league comprises 16 teams. Officially the ProA is part of the ''2. Basketball Bundesliga'', which consists of the two hierarchical leagues ''ProA'' and ''ProB''. Before the 2007–08 season, the ''2. Basketball Bundesliga'' was a basketball league with the same name, which consisted of two geographical divisions. The 2016–17 Basketball Bundesliga was the 51st season of the Basketball Bundesliga, the top-tier level of professional club basketball in Germany. The season started on 23 September 2016 and ended on 11 June 2017. The name of the league was changed to easyCredit BBL, after the league signed a sponsor deal until 2021 with easyCredit. The 2015–16 Eurocup Basketball season was the 14th season of Euroleague Basketball's secondary level professional club basketball tournament, and the eighth season since it was renamed from the ULEB Cup to the Eurocup. Phoenix Hagen is a German professional basketball club that is based in Hagen, Germany. After withdrawing from the Basketball Bundesliga in November 2016, Phoenix Hagen re-launched its basketball team for the 2017-18 ProA season. The ProA is Germany's second division of professional basketball.
