Danijel Šarić (handballer)
Danijel Šarić (; born 27 June 1977) is a Bosnian-Qatari handball player of Serbs, Serbian descent who plays for Qatari club Al Arabi SC (handball), Al Arabi. Club career After starting out at his hometown club RK Sloga Doboj, Sloga Doboj and later playing for RK Borac Banja Luka, Borac Banja Luka, Šarić moved to FR Yugoslavia and joined RK Crvena zvezda, Crvena zvezda. He spent three seasons at the club and won two consecutive national championships (1997 and 1998). In 1999, Šarić switched to ambitious RK Sintelon, Sintelon, alongside his teammate Ratko Nikolić. In 2003, Šarić moved to Spain and signed with BM Ciudad Real, Ciudad Real, but never played for the team. He instead spent the entire duration of his contract on loan with CB Cantabria, Cantabria and BM Alcobendas, Alcobendas. In 2006, Šarić was acquired by CB Ademar León, Ademar León. Doboj ( sr-Cyrl, Добој, ) is a city in Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is situated on the banks of the Bosna (river), Bosna river, in the northern region of Republika Srpska. The EHF Champions League is the most important club handball competition for men's teams in Europe and involves the leading teams from the top European nations. The competition is organised every year by EHF. The official name for the men's competition is the EHF Champions League Men. The EHF coefficient rank decides which teams have access and in which stage they enter. Eligibility and qualifying Each year, the EHF publishes a ranking list of its member federations. Ratko Nikolić (; born 15 September 1977) is a Serbian politician and former handball player serving as a member of the National Assembly since 8 December 2021. He is a member of the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS).
