Dream FM Network was a radio network in the Philippines. It was founded in September 2004 as a radio arm of ABC Development Corporation (now TV5 Network, Inc.), and later on Interactive Broadcast Media. Dream FM Network shut down its national network in June 2011, with its Manila flagship station currently operated by Ultrasonic Broadcasting System as Energy FM since 2011 and its Davao station currently operated by TV5 Network as True FM since 2024. In North American broadcasting, a local marketing agreement (LMA), or local management agreement, is a contract in which one corporation, company agrees to operate a radio station, radio or television station owned by another party. In essence, it is a sort of lease or time-buy. Under Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations, a local marketing agreement must give the company operating the station (the "senior" partner) under the agreement control over the entire facilities of the station, including the finances, personnel and programming of the station.
