Cheam June Wei
Cheam June Wei (born 23 January 1997) is a Malaysian badminton player. He was the mixed doubles gold medalist at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics. Career Cheam started playing badminton at aged 8 in Penang. As a junior player, he has been trained by Teh Peng Huat, the former coach of world No. 1 Lee Chong Wei, for more than year before training under task Lim Theam Teow. In 2012, he won the mixed team bronze medal at the Asia Junior Championships in Gimcheon, South Korea. In 2014, he was promoted to join the national team from the Bukit Jalil Sports School, and at the same year he competed at the Nanjing Summer Youth Olympics and clinched the mixed doubles title with his partner from Hong Kong, Ng Tsz Yau. He also the runner-up at the 2014 Malaysia International Junior Championships, and at the 2015 Dutch Junior, he was the champion. Seberang Jaya ( Jawi: Ø³Ø¨Ø±Ú Ø¬Ø§ÙŠ) is a suburb in the city of Seberang Perai, Penang, Malaysia. The Malaysia national badminton team is a badminton team that plays for Malaysia in international competitions. The men's team has enjoyed immense success, having won the Thomas Cup five times, most recently in 1992 and became runner-up nine times. In the Uber Cup competition, the women's team with the best results in 1975, 2004, 2008 and 2010 edition making it to the quarter-finals. Leong Jun Hao
Leong Jun Hao (; born 13 July 1999) is a Malaysian badminton player. He was the boys' singles champion at the 2017 Asia Junior Championships. This achievement was followed by a silver medal at World Junior Championships. Personal life Leong was born and raised in Kuala Lumpur to Celine Low and Anthony Leong. He started playing badminton for fun outside his house. At the age of 9, he started playing the sport seriously under his father’s tutelage. Leong joined the Bukit Jalil Sports School (BJSS) at the age of 13. At the end of 2018, he injured his hip twice which resulted in his world ranking dropping from 40th to 120th. Sourabh Verma (born 30 December 1992) is an Indian badminton player. He is a three time men's singles title Champion at the Indian National Championships. Verma reached a career high world ranking of no. 28 in December 2019. Career overview Sourabh Verma started his career in badminton at the young age introduced by his father Sudhir Verma.
