Sebastián López Serrano (born 18 August 1961), known as Chano, is a Spanish retired footballer who played as a right back. He appeared in 165 La Liga games during six seasons, representing in the competition Cádiz, Mallorca and Málaga. Club career Cádiz Born in Tétouan, Morocco to Spanish parents, Chano made his professional debut for Cádiz CF on 13 January 1980, in a 0–2 Segunda División defeat away to Deportivo Alavés. From 1981 to 1984 he achieved two promotions to La Liga, and an equal number of relegations. On 12 September 1982, Chano scored the first and only league goal for the Andalusians, in a 1–0 success at Atlético Madrid B for the second level championship. He made the first of 31 appearances for the club in the Spanish top flight on 27 December 1981, coming on as a 70th-minute substitute in a 5–1 home routing of CD Castellón. Sebastián Cruzado Fernández (born 28 February 1965), known as Chano, is a retired Spanish professional footballer who played mainly as an attacking midfielder. Club career Chano was born in Huelva, Andalusia. After being definitely promoted to Real Betis' first team for the 1986–87 season, he (who featured in 137 La Liga matches with the club, scoring 11 goals – he also spent one year in the second division) never ceased to be a nuclear midfield element in the following campaigns. His status as a regular player continued with Chano's 1991 move to CD Tenerife, where he spent eight years, helping to the side's domestic and European consolidations (two UEFA Cup participations). From 1986 to 1997 he never played fewer than 31 league games per season, but only managed 32 appearances in his last two years in Spain combined due to a severe knee condition. Sebastián Rodríguez Veloso
Sebastián Rodríguez Veloso (; born on 27 February 1957) is a Spanish Paralympic swimmer. He has competed at four Paralympic Games winning fifteen medals: eight gold, four silver and three bronze. His attendance at the Games was controversial after it was revealed that he had been jailed for bomb attacks while a member of First of October Anti-Fascist Resistance Groups (GRAPO). Early life and criminal activities Rodríguez was born in Cadiz, Andalusia, Spain on 27 February 1957. He is nicknamed Chano. Chano Domínguez (born Sebastián Domínguez Lozano; 29 March 1960, Cádiz) is a Spanish Latin jazz, post bop and flamenco pianist. Dominguez has released over 20 albums as a bandleader, and collaborated extensively with other jazz artists including Paquito D’Rivera, Gonzalo Rubalcaba, Joe Lovano, Chucho Valdés, Martiro, and Wynton Marsalis and the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra, He performs his own original compositions, as well as the music of Harold Arlen, Thelonious Monk, Miles Davis, and the Spanish classical composer Joaquín Rodrigo. Chano Lobato
Chano Lobato (December 1927 in Cadiz – 5 April 2009 in Seville) was a Spanish flamenco singer. Born in the Santa María neighborhood of Cadiz, he began performing at nightclubs in his hometown and later moved to Madrid, where he joined Alejandro Vega's Flamenco dance group. He became well known for performing with Antonio El Bailarín in particular, but also Manuel Morao and El Serna and for various notable dancers, including Matilde Coral. In 1974 Lobato received the Enrique El Mellizo award at the national contest Concurso Nacional de Córdoba and in 1996 he received the Medalla de Andalucía (Medal of Andalusia). Luciano Pozo González (January 7, 1915 – December 3, 1948), known professionally as Chano Pozo, was a Cuban jazz percussionist, singer, dancer, and composer. Despite only living to age 33, he played a major role in the founding of Latin jazz. He co-wrote some of Dizzy Gillespie's Latin-flavored compositions, such as " Manteca" and "Tin Tin Deo", and was the first Latin percussionist in Gillespie's band. Takayuki Chano
is a former Japanese football player. He played for Japan national team. Club career Chano was born in Ichikawa on 23 November 1976. After graduating from high school, he joined his local club JEF United Ichihara (later ''JEF United Chiba'') in 1995. He played many matches as center back from 1998. The club won second place in the 1998 Emperor's Cup. The club also won third place in the 2001 and 2003 J1 League. He moved to Júbilo Iwata with teammate Shinji Murai in 2005.
