"Changes" is the twentieth episode of the seventh season of the American medical drama series '' House''. It aired on May 2, 2011 on Fox. Plot The team takes on the case of a lottery winner, Cyrus Harry (Donal Logue), suffering from paralysis and multiple types of cancer, and they must figure out if it is his new millionaire lifestyle that is making him sick. The newly rich Cyrus was looking for love, specifically running through a list of ladies named Jennifer Williams, as he hopes to find ''the'' Jennifer who was his Jersey shore summer fling 23 years earlier. He believes that with his fortune he will be able to stop being miserable and find happiness. Jennifer (Megan Follows) arrives at the hospital, having read about Cyrus in the news. ''House'' (also called ''House, M.D.'') is an American medical drama television series that originally ran on the Fox network for eight seasons, from November 16, 2004, to May 21, 2012. The series' main character is Dr. Gregory House (Hugh Laurie), an unconventional, misanthropic medical genius who, despite his dependence on pain medication, leads a team of diagnosticians at the fictional Princeton–Plainsboro Teaching Hospital (PPTH) in New Jersey. The series' premise originated with Paul Attanasio, while David Shore, who is credited as creator, was primarily responsible for the conception of the title character. House and Cuddy attempt to make a real relationship work and face the question as to whether their new relationship will affect their ability to diagnose patients. The new season features a new opening title sequence. This was the second change in the opening sequence since the show began; Jennifer Morrison's name was removed from the credits, while Peter Jacobson's and Olivia Wilde's were added to it, with new background images also inserted into the traditional title sequence. This is the last season to feature Lisa Edelstein, who did not return for the eighth season. Prior to the start of the season, it was announced that a multi-episode arc that would feature House on the road was scrapped, forcing David Shore to return to the show to rework the rest of the season. Lisa Cuddy, M.D., is a fictional character on the Fox medical drama ''House''. She is portrayed by Lisa Edelstein. "Last Temptation" is the nineteenth episode of the seventh season of the American medical drama ''House''. It aired on April 18, 2011. It is also the last episode to feature Amber Tamblyn as Martha Masters until her guest appearance in the series finale. Plot On her last day as a medical student, Masters must decide whether to stay on with House's team as an intern or to join Dr. Simpson's surgical team. She initially opts to join the surgical team, but reconsiders House's offer after learning that the last patient she treated under House has taken a turn for the worse.
