Carolyn Louise Eslick (née Wand, born 1950) is an American politician in Washington state. Eslick serves as a Republican member of the Washington House of Representatives for District 39, Position 2. Eslick is the former mayor and first female mayor of Sultan, Washington. Education In 1979, Eslick studied Computer Programming in Portland State University. In 1998, Eslick studied Political Science in Everett Community College. Career Eslick is the former owner of a restaurant in Sultan, Washington. Eslick is the founder of GroWashington. Eslick was appointed to the Sultan City Council in 1996 and was reelected to the Council in 1998. In 2008, Eslick was elected mayor of Sultan, Washington, until October 2017. John Lovick (politician)
Johnny Ray Lovick (born May 9, 1951) is an American politician and law enforcement officer serving as a member of the Washington State Senate, representing the 44th district since 2021. A member of the Democratic Party, he was appointed in December 2021 to fill a vacancy created by the resignation of Steve Hobbs to become Washington secretary of state. Career Lovick previously served in the House from 1999 until 2007 and 2016 until 2021, as Snohomish County sheriff, and on the Mill Creek city council. From 2013 to 2016, Lovick was the Snohomish County Executive, appointed after the resignation of Aaron Reardon; Lovick lost to Dave Somers in the 2015 election. Scott (née Warfel, born February 11, 1966) is an American politician and educator who served as member of the Washington House of Representatives, representing the 39th district from 2013 to 2017. Daniel P. Kristiansen (born December 13, 1962) is a former American politician of the Republican Party. He was a member of the Washington House of Representatives, representing the 39th district, and the former House Minority Leader. Controversy In 2010, Washington State officials received a formal complaint regarding Representative Kristiansen's campaign finances. According to state law, contributions from a single business were legally capped at $1600 per election. The Rairdon Auto Group, however, contributed four times that amount.
