The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) is a Transit district, transit agency that serves most of the Oregon part of the Portland metropolitan area. Created in 1969 by the Oregon Legislative Assembly, Oregon legislature, the district replaced five private bus companies that operated in the three counties: Multnomah County, Oregon, Multnomah, Washington County, Oregon, Washington, and Clackamas County, Oregon, Clackamas. Frequent Express (FX) is a rapid bus service in Portland, Oregon, United States. Operated by TriMet as FX2–Division, the route runs east–west from 5th & Hoyt in downtown Portland to Cleveland Avenue Park and Ride in Gresham via the Portland Transit Mall, Tilikum Crossing, and Division Street. It serves Portland City Center, Portland State University (PSU), South Waterfront, Southeast Portland, and central Gresham and connects with MAX Light Rail and the Portland Streetcar. The Westside Express Service (WES) is a commuter rail line serving parts of the Portland metropolitan area's Washington County, Oregon, Washington and Clackamas County, Oregon, Clackamas counties in the U.S. state of Oregon. Portland Streetcar
The Portland Streetcar is a streetcar system in Portland, Oregon, that opened in 2001 and serves areas surrounding downtown Portland. The NS Line runs from Northwest Portland to the South Waterfront via Downtown and the Pearl District. The Rose City Transit Company (RCT, or RCTC) was a private company that operated most mass transit service in the city of Portland, Oregon, from 1956 to 1969. It operated only within the city proper. Estacada, Oregon
Estacada is a city in Clackamas County, Oregon, Clackamas County, Oregon, United States, about southeast of Portland, Oregon, Portland. History The Estacada post office opened on February 24, 1904, and the city was incorporated in May 1905.
