Cüneyd Düzyol
Mustafa Cüneyd Düzyol (born 1964) is a Turkish people, Turkish academic and civil servant who served as the Ministry of Development (Turkey), Minister of Development in the 2015 interim election government of Turkey, interim election government led by Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu between 22 September and 17 November 2015. He took over from Müslüm Doğan after his resignation and served during the November 2015 Turkish general election, November 2015 general election. He was, as required by the Constitution of Turkey, Turkish Constitution, of Independent (politician), no political affiliation. Before being appointed as the Minister responsible, he served as the Undersecretary to the Development Ministry from 2 December 2014 until his appointment to the cabinet on 22 September 2015. State Planning Organization (Turkey)
State Planning Organization (, DPT) was established on September 30, 1960, National Unity Committee's initiatives following the 1960 Turkish coup d'état. Unlike the previous administration, which limited state planning primarily to agriculture, this new body was tasked with advising the government on setting economic, social, and cultural objectives, as well as formulating five-year plans in alignment with these objectives.
