Côte Feuillée Stadium
The Côte Feuillée stadium is a venue with ski jumping hills, located in Chaux-Neuve in the Departments of France, French department of Doubs, within the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Regions of France, region. Built with the in mind, the site has hosted FIS Nordic Combined World Cup, Nordic Combined World Cup events since 1996. Over time, the Chaux-Neuve stage has become a key stop in this competition. The stadium also hosts summer competitions and, in 2018, served as the finish line for the La Transjurassienne, Transjurassienne race. The Côte Feuillée stadium has five ski jumping hills constructed in 1989 and 1995. The largest hill has been progressively improved and was upgraded to HS 118 status in 2010.HS: hill size, an English term used for "size of the ski jump." Kenji Ogiwara
(born 20 December 1969) is a Japanese politician and former Nordic combined skier who won several medals at the Winter Olympics, the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships, and the Holmenkollen ski festival. He won gold medals in the Nordic combined team events at the 1992 and 1994 Winter Olympics. Ogiwara won two gold medals each in the 15 km individual (1993, 1997) and the team (3 x 10 km: 1993, 4 x 5 km: 1995) events and one bronze in the 7.5 km sprint (1999) at the Nordic skiing world championships. In 1995, Ogiwara won the Nordic combined event at the Holmenkollen ski festival. The FIS Ski Jumping Alpen Cup (known as Alpen Cup) is a ski jumping tournament held in Alps yearly by the International Ski Federation since 1990. History The first season of this competition took place in the 1990/91 season. The summer season was introduced in 1996/97. In the 1999/00 season two separate classifications, summer and winter, were introduced for the first time, while both together counted for overall classification. Mario Stecher (born 17 July 1977, in Eisenerz) is an Austrian former Nordic combined skier. Competing in six Winter Olympics, he won three medals in the 4 x 5 km team event with two golds (2006, 2010) and a bronze (2002). Stecher's best individual finish was fifth in the 10 km individual normal hill event at Vancouver in 2010. Alessandro Pittin, (born 11 February 1990 in Tolmezzo) is an Italian nordic combined athlete from Ski club Aldo Moro Paluzza. Career In the World Cup at Schonach in 2009, Pittin came in 9th place.
