Côte-du-Sud () is a provincial electoral district in the Bas-Saint-Laurent and Chaudière-Appalaches regions of Quebec, Canada, which elects members to the National Assembly of Quebec. It includes the entire territory of the following regional county municipalities: Montmagny, L'Islet, Kamouraska. It notably includes the municipalities of Montmagny, La Pocatière, L'Islet, Saint-Pascal, Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, Cap-Saint-Ignace, Saint-Pamphile, Saint-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska, Saint-Pacôme and Berthier-sur-Mer. Saint-Fabien-de-Panet, Quebec
Saint-Fabien-de-Panet () is a parish municipality in Quebec, Canada. History In 1868, the geographic township of Panet was proclaimed, named after Bernard-Claude Panet, twelfth bishop of Quebec. To encourage colonization of the township, the government's Colonization Society No. 1 begun clearing lots in the 1870s, but did not immediately attract settlers. Settlement began at the end of the 19th century by people coming from Notre-Dame-Auxiliatrice-de-Buckland. By 1895, the first school was opened. In 1901, the Mission of Saint-Théodore was founded, named in honour of Joseph-Théodore Mercier, then parish priest of Saint-Magloire. In 1904, the chapel was built and the parish was renamed to Saint-Fabien-de-Panet, in honour of Joseph-Fabien Dumais, who was parish priest of Saint-Magloire from 1901 to 1906. Saint-Denis-De La Bouteillerie () is a municipality (Quebec), municipality in the Provinces and territories of Canada, Canadian province of Quebec, located in the Kamouraska Regional County Municipality. Prior to November 16, 2013, it was known simply as Saint-Denis and was a parish municipality (Quebec), parish municipality. The name change was a revival of an old name used from 1845 to 1855. When the name was officially changed, it was also retroactively declared that the name should have been known as Saint-Denis de Kamouraska since 1855. It contains the house of Jean-Charles Chapais, a National Historic Site of Canada. Saint-Damase-de-L'Islet () is a municipality in Quebec, Canada, with a population of about 600 people nestled in the Appalachian Mountains. It is located about southeast of Saint-Jean-Port-Joli. It is named after the Pope Damasus I and Damase Ouellet (1826–1908), which is known as the pioneer of the town. The town was first named "Municipalité du canton d'Ashford" in 1898 and got its current name in 1955. It is known for its local Chicken Festival every September. Saint-Bruno-de-Kamouraska () is a municipality in the Canadian province of Quebec, located in the Kamouraska Regional County Municipality. History The land was divided up according to the township system introduced by the British regime. Woodbrige Township corresponds for the most part to the parish boundaries. Due to a shortage of land in the Seigneurie de Kamouraska, the township began to be settled around 1834. The municipality was officially created in 1887 under the name Woodbridge. In 1986 the name of Woodbridge was changed to the current Saint-Bruno-de-Kamouraska. The municipality was the inspiration for François Pérusse's song St-Néant.
