Cécile Ngambi
Cécile Ngambi (born 15 November 1960) is a retired Cameroonian heptathlon, heptathlete. She was the first woman to represent Cameroon at the Olympics. She competed in women's pentathlon, pentathlon at the 1980 Summer Olympics and 100 metres at the 1984 Summer Olympics. She won the silver medal in 100 metres hurdles at the 1985 African Championships in Athletics, 1985 African Championships. Ngambi was the List of flag bearers for Cameroon at the Olympics, flag bearer for Cameroon in the 2000 Summer Olympics Parade of Nations, 2000 Summer Olympics opening ceremony. Cameroon
Cameroon, officially the Republic of Cameroon, is a country in Central Africa. It shares boundaries with Nigeria to the west and north, Chad to the northeast, the Central African Republic to the east, and Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, and the Republic of the Congo to the south. Isaac Menyoli (born 6 August 1972) is a Cameroonian architect and skier who was the first person to Cameroon at the 2002 Winter Olympics, represent his country at the Winter Olympic Games when he took part in the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. He competed in the men's classical 10 km race in cross-country skiing (sport), cross-country skiing, finishing 80th and last with a time of 45:40.3. He also took part in the 1.5 km sprint, where he finished 67th out of 71, with a time of 4:10.07, just behind Philip Boit of Kenya. The Australian Broadcasting Corporation reported that he had been "voted the day's best Olympian overnight", and described him as a Winter Olympics' version of Eric the Eel.
