Czarni Radom
WKS Czarni Radom, officially known for sponsorship reasons as Enea Czarni Radom, is a professional men's volleyball team based in Radom in central Poland. Founded in 1921 as a football club, the club had many sections in the past, however since 1997 only the volleyball section has remained. Czarni Radom team won the Polish Men's Volleyball Cup, Polish Cup in 1999 and two PlusLiga, Polish Championship bronze medals in 1994 and 1995. The club ceased to exist in 2003 and was reactivated in 2007. In 2013, after 11 years of absence, the team was finally promoted to PlusLiga. Radom
Radom is a city in east-central Poland, located approximately south of the capital, Warsaw. It is situated on the Mleczna River in the Masovian Voivodeship. Radom is the fifteenth-largest city in Poland and the second-largest in its province with a population of 196,918 (30.06.2023) Radom was a significant center of administration, having served as seat of the Polish Crown Council which ratified the Pact of Vilnius and Radom between Lithuania and Poland in 1401. The Nihil novi and Łaski's Statute were adopted by the Sejm at Radom's Royal Castle in 1505. In 1976, it was a center of the June 1976 protests. Despite being part of the Masovian Voivodeship, the city historically belongs to Lesser Poland. Michał Zygmunt Ruciak (born 22 August 1983) is a Polish former professional volleyball player. He was a member of the Poland men's national volleyball team, Poland national team from 2004 to 2014, a participant in the Olympic Games 2012 Summer Olympics, London 2012, the 2009 Men's European Volleyball Championship, 2009 European Champion and the 2012 FIVB Volleyball World League, 2012 World League winner. The 2021–22 PlusLiga was the 86th season of the Polish Volleyball Championship, the 69th season of the highest tier domestic division in the Polish volleyball league system since its establishment in 1954, and the 22nd season as a professional league. The league is operated by the Polish Volleyball League SA (). This season was composed of 14 teams. The regular season was played as a round-robin tournament. Timo Tammemaa (born 18 November 1991) is an Estonian volleyball player, member of the Estonia men's national volleyball team. At the professional club level, he plays for Berlin Recycling Volleys.
