"Culpable o No (Miénteme Como Siempre)" (English: "Guilty or Not (Lie to Me Like Always)"), also simply known as "Culpable o No", is a song by Mexican singer Luis Miguel. Written and produced by Juan Carlos Calderón, it was released as the fifth single from Miguel's sixth studio album, '' Busca una Mujer''. The song debuted at number 28 on the ''Billboard'' Hot Latin Songs chart in 1990, peaking at number 22 in its second week during a four-week chart run. It debuted at number 10 on the ''Notitas Musicales'' chart, provided by Radio Mil, and eventually peaked at number 1 for two consecutive weeks. Promotion "Culpable o No" was released as the fifth single from ''Busca una Mujer'' in 1989 via Warner Music Latina, and became Miguel's fourth top-five single from the album on the ''Notitas Musicales'' chart. Juan Carlos Calderón
Juan Carlos Calderón López de Arróyabe (7 July 1938 – 25 November 2012) was a Spanish singer-songwriter and musician. Born in Santander, he was the author of "Eres tú", which, performed by Mocedades, came second in the Eurovision Song Contest 1973. It was an important hit in several countries, including the United States. He wrote another three Eurovision entries: " Tú volverás" by Sergio y Estíbaliz in 1975, " La fiesta terminó" by Paloma San Basilio in 1985, and " Nacida para amar" by Nina in 1989; as well as an entry for the OTI Festival: "Amor de medianoche", which ended up runner-up in 1975 performed by Cecilia. "Cuando calienta el sol" (meaning When the sun heats (or warms) up) is a popular Spanish language song originally composed as "Cuando calienta el sol en Masachapa", Masachapa being a coastal town in Nicaragua. The music was written by Rafael Gaston Perez, a Nicaraguan songwriter and bandleader. SADAIC (the Argentine Society of Music Authors and Composers) also credits the Argentine composer Carlos Albert Martinoli. XEOY carries Spanish-language newscasts and contemporary music in English from the 1980s to the present day.
