Cubatão
Cubatão is a city in the state of São Paulo (state), São Paulo, Brazil, 12 kilometers away from Santos (São Paulo), Santos seaport, the largest in Latin America. It is part of the Metropolitan Region of the Baixada Santista. The population is 131,626 (2020 est.) in an area of 142.88 km2. It hosts industries, refining petroleum, oil, steel mills and fertilizers. History The municipality was created by state law in 1948. In the early 1980s, Cubatão was one of the most polluted cities in the world, nicknamed "Valley of Death", due to births of Anencephaly, brainless children and respiratory, hepatic and blood illnesses. Águas De São Pedro
Águas de São Pedro () is a Brazilian municipality in the state of São Paulo located from the state capital. At only , it is the second-smallest Brazilian municipality in terms of area, and had an estimated population of 3,521 . Águas de São Pedro means "Waters of Saint Peter". Its name is derived from the mineral springs in its territory and their location, which before the city's founding were part of the municipality of São Pedro (Saint Peter). The average annual temperature in the city is , and most of the municipality's vegetation consists of reforested area. In 2016 there were 2,491 vehicles in the city. Serra Negra
Serra Negra is a municipality in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. It belongs to the meso-region of Campinas. Population (2020) was 29,452 inhabitants. Peruíbe is located to the southwest of the city of São Paulo and west of Santos. Taquaritinga is a city in the Central North area of the State of São Paulo, Brazil. The population is 57,364 (2020 est.) in an area of 594 km². The population is formed mostly by European descendants (Italians, Spaniards, and Portuguese). Afro-Brazilians and Japanese-Brazilians are important minority groups. A La Carte was a Pop music, pop-disco girl group formed in 1978, and based in Germany. Producers Tony Hendrik and Karin Hartmann helped with the start up of the group. The trio originally included three British girls: Patsy Fuller, Julia and Elaine. Their first song was ''When the Boys Come Home'', released in March 1979. With a performance in the Musikladen TV show, the group gained immense popularity in Germany. For unknown reasons, the line-ups often changed with the release of new singles. Jenny Renshaw became the only permanent member when she joined the group in October 1979. By 1981, the group was made up of Jenny Renshaw, Linda Daniels and Joy Martin. Together, they released the album ''Viva''. The group underwent many more line-up changes afterwards also. Eric Reed Boucher (born June 17, 1958), known professionally as Jello Biafra, is an American singer, spoken word artist and political activist. He is the former lead singer and songwriter for the San Francisco punk rock band Dead Kennedys. Initially active from 1979 to 1986, Dead Kennedys were known for rapid-fire music topped with Biafra's sardonic lyrics and biting social commentary, delivered in his "unique quiver of a voice".
