''Crônica da casa assassinada'' hronicle of the Murdered House(1959) is an epistolary novel by Brazilian writer Lúcio Cardoso (1913–1968), adapted into the film '' A casa assassinada'' 'The Murdered House''(1971), directed by Paulo César Saraceni. Joaquim Lúcio Cardoso Filho, known as Lúcio Cardoso (August 14, 1912 – September 22, 1968), was a Brazilian novelist, playwright, and poet. Alfredo Bosi
Alfredo Bosi (26 August 1936 – 7 April 2021) was a Brazilian History, historian, literary critic, and professor. He was a member of the Academia Brasileira de Letras (''Brazilian Academy of Letters''), occupying Chair number 12.
