Luis Moya is a municipality in the Mexican state of Zacatecas, located approximately southeast of the state capital at Zacatecas. It is named after (1855–1911), a colonel in the Mexican Revolution who was posthumously given the rank of brigadier general in 1939. Rincón de Romos is a municipality and city in the Mexican state of Aguascalientes. Located in the northern part of the state, the city serves as the municipal seat of the surrounding municipality Rincón de Romos. As of 2010, the city had a total population of 27,988.
