Copic
is a Japanese brand of refillable markers and related products made by the Too Corporation and distributed in the United States and Canada by its subsidiary, "Too Corporation Americas". Description Copic is most famous for its marker line-up, which uses alcohol-based ink colours and are refillable using standard colours ink refills. While there is a standard set of 358 colors, refill inks can be mixed to create custom colours, and empty markers are sold for this purpose. Sketch markers, the most popular product line, have a chisel-style tip at one end and a brush tip at the other, though additional styles of replaceable nibs and tips are available. The company also sells an airbrush system which utilizes either an air compressor or canned air to blow ink off the tips of the markers onto the paper. Marker Pen
A marker pen, fine liner, marking pen, felt-tip pen, felt pen, flow marker, sign pen (in South Korea), vivid (in New Zealand), texta (in Australia), sketch pen (in South Asia) or koki (in South Africa), is a pen which has its own ink source and a tip made of porous, pressed fibers such as felt. A marker pen consists of a container (glass, aluminum or plastic) and a core of an absorbent material that holds the ink. The upper part of the marker contains the nib that was made in earlier times of a hard felt material, and a cap to prevent the marker from drying out. Until the early 1990s, the most common solvents that were used for the ink in permanent markers were toluene and xylene. An airbrush is a small, air-operated tool that atomizes and sprays various media, most often paint but also ink and dye, and foundation. Spray painting developed from the airbrush and is considered to employ a type of airbrush.
